The hotel is centrally located in Hurghada, making it convenient for exploring the area, although the noise from the street can be bothersome. The rooms were decent, but some cleaning issues with the glassware were noted. The service was lacking in hospitality and friendliness. The dining experience left much to be desired, with consistency issues. However, the location is ideal for accessing the beach and downtown area.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were way bigger and better than expected, but unfortunately, the new part of the hotel was the worst part of our entire stay. The strong smell in the room due to an anti-insect product was quite off-putting.

However, a minor issue arose with water entering the room, and the check-in process was delayed until 6:30 PM, which was a bit inconvenient. The reception staff, although not the friendliest, managed the situation. One major downside was the absence of parking at the hotel, and the disco seemed empty due to the entertainment team taking foreign guests out, which was disappointing.
